Our Accommodations are all Privately Owned And fully equipped. Standard features include linens, towels, soaps, complete kitchens, etc. Amenities such as phones, fireplaces, TV's and jacuzzis vary from unit to unit. We offer everything from basic efficiencies to luxury chalets. Each property is unique and our rental pool is constantly diversifying, so if you want something specific, please ask!

To Reserve Accommodations

Call us at (907) 783-2000 or Toll free (888) 783-2001. You will need a VISA, Mastercard or Discover Card to confirm a reservation over the phone. Your credit card will be used for a $200.00 security deposit. Two days prior to your arrival we will run a $200.00 security deposit authorization. You will be asked to provide this credit card at check-in, however you are welcome to pay the room rate, balance due, by check, cash, credit or debit. Charges are never made to this card, providing the terms regarding damages, fines, and cancellations are met. A guests liability is not limited to the amount of the security deposit. Guests would always be contacted prior to charges being made. Reservations made 60 days or more prior to arrival require a 50% deposit ,by check, and 30 day notice of cancellation.

Alyeska Accommodations reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Registered guests must be at least 25 years of age with a major credit card.

Bed Tax

All reservation rates are subject to an additional Municipality of Anchorage 12% Hotel/Motel room tax.

Check-In Time

Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Due to the uniqueness of our properties, we are unable to offer flexibility in this area unless an early check-in or late check-out is pre arranged and paid for if available.

Cancellation Policy

If a reservation is canceled 14 or more days prior to arrival, a $50 cancellation fee is charged. If a reservation is canceled with less than 14 days notice (30 days on holiday reservations and on those requiring a prepayment.), the full amount of the stay will be charged unless we are able to rebook the unit. If we are able to rebook the full reservation, there will only be a $50 cancellation charge. Reservations made 60 days or more prior to arrival require a 50% deposit ,by check, and 30 day notice of cancellation.

High Season Reservations

Holiday, Primetime, Spring Break and High Season reservations are subject to minimum length stays, higher prices and stricter cancellation policies. For these dates prepayment by check is due within 10 days of making your reservation. 30 days or more notice is required to cancel. If we recieve 30 or more days notice there is a $50.00 fee. With less then 30 days notice the guest is responsible to pay the full amount of the stay. 

Rental Etiquette

The Homes and Condominiums managed by Alyeska Accommodations are in quiet residential buildings and or neighborhoods. Please respect the privately owned property in which you are staying and also that of the adjoining property owner, many of whom are permanent Girdwood residents.

Our rental units are not for parties. Occasionally we will allow small gatherings or meetings but these uses must be approved in advance and will be monitored accordingly. Any breach of this policy will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.

Pet Policy

 Most of our properties do not allow pets, however, upon approval, a few do. Please ask about our pet friendly properties.
